Golden Tuna has agreed to build its first tuna canning plant in the Middle East in King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC), it was announced yesterday.
It will occupy a 35,906 square-metre plot in Phase 3 of KAEC’s Industrial Valley
The plant is due for completion in early 2018.
Industrial Valley CEO Rayan Qutub said that 120 companies are investing in the zone. Industrial Valley is geared towards food and consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, logistics, plastic industries, construction materials and automotive industries.
